I know this has nothing to do with photography but wanted to pass on this important message to first time home buyers...many of whom could be our newly engaged wedding couples. Gov. Deval Patrick has announced a loan program through MassHousing allowing first-time homebuyers to monetize and use an $8,000 federal tax credit as a funding source toward the closing costs of their new home. This allows first time homebuyers to get into a home with little money down and basically take an advance on the tax credit.
