First Time Home Buyers!

I know this has nothing to do with photography but wanted to pass on this important message to first time home buyers...many of whom could be our newly engaged wedding couples. Besides planning for your wedding alot of you are looking to purchase a new home. A client of ours works exspecially with first time buyers. She has passed this info on to me!

FYI (from Kerrie of EXIT Real estate)

If you know anyone that is looking to buy a home I am offering a $250 gift card (of their choice) at closing for all new clients.

There is still time to take advantage of the first time home buyer tax credit that is due to expire on December 1st 2009.

Gov. Deval Patrick has announced a loan program through MassHousing allowing first-time homebuyers to monetize and use an $8,000 federal tax credit as a funding source toward the closing costs of their new home. This allows first time homebuyers to get into a home with little money down and basically take an advance on the tax credit.

Click on the link below for more information. You'll see that it's not a lot to read through, but I'd be happy to explain it to you. Just give me a call.
